“When I first heard of Mortar Board, I thought it was just another ordinary honor society. However, as I connected with the rest of the 2019-2020 class, Mortar Board Tolo Chapter transformed to be so much more than that. Mortar Board is a community with a valuable and longstanding history that offers opportunities to network with, share and listen to, and learn from the ideas of driven and diverse individuals. The dedication, passion, and positive energy observed from each member during meetings makes this group unique and makes me proud to be apart of it. My favorite parts of Mortar Board include the seamless interactions we have and the creative project ideas that aim to serve the greater Seattle community. I’m excited to see what our class accomplishes this year.”
