“Being part of Mortar Board allows me to be part of a community where I’m surrounded by like-minded motivated students of UW. I also find it purposeful to spend time with them and help out with service projects. Since it is the oldest continuing honor society on the UW campus, it allows me to feel like not only part of UW, but also part of something bigger that has a history here. I’m proud to be a member of such a rich and diverse society.”
