“Mortar Board is a unique honor society because it is not like others that select solely based on GPA or do nothing meaningful for its members development (except perhaps a line on their resume). Instead, it is a community of like-minded people oriented around the ideas of scholarship, leadership, and service. Being part of Mortar Board, I feel supported by a diverse group of people with a passion for helping others, which I also have.”
