It’s our first official “Member Monday!”
Each “Member Monday” will spotlight one of our members, giving some insight into the inspiring academic, philanthropic, and personal pursuits of the Mortar Boards here at UW.
First up? The wonderful senior Alex Lynch. Alex is pursuing a Law, Societies, and Justice major with an Italian minor. Currently, Alex is a peer advisor at UAA Advising at the University of Washington, a research assistant at the Indigenous Wellness Research Institute, AND a volunteer English teacher at the Refugee Women’s Alliance (ReWA). In 2014, Alex traveled with the law school to do research in mental health and human rights in Cambodia. Upon graduation, she hopes to work in Public Health.
